Now you can link this inbox to any other using the Link inbox procedure, if that's how you like your mailboxes organised. This time you will be able to edit the Username. Give it a couple of minutes and then go to Settings/Manage Account and click on the newly setup account again. Mail App will add your account in the tree to left. Enter in "Email Address", whatever name you want to in "Using this name" and your password in the "Password" field. Go to Settings/Manage Accounts/Add Account in Windows 10 Mail app. Lets say your user account is and you want to add to Windows 10 Mail App. This guide assumes that you have already been given access to the Shared Mailbox by your admin and you do not have 2FA enabled. So here's a no nonsense guide to adding Office 365 Shared Mailboxes to your Windows 10 Mail app (coz I couldn't find one elsewhere, coz Outlook for Windows still does not have a unified inbox, coz on a low resource PC you don't really want to run Outlook).
